Your Excellency,

On behalf of the Interfactional Association “For the Protection of Violated Rights of Citizens and Against Political Repression “Forbidden to Forbid” I present our compliments and take an opportunity to inform you of the Interfactional Association founding, its aims and plans.

The aim of Interfactional Association is to reveal, examine and prevent violations of the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine, and international obligations of Ukraine that are evident in present-day Ukraine and limit human rights.

Using all lawful ways, the Interfactional Association will favour the restoration of violated constitutional rights of the Ukrainian citizens. In order to achieve this aim we plan to engage the general public, local and international human rights organisations, as well as to establish a public council with the participation of interested experts and professionals.

The Interfactional Parliamentary Association “For the Protection of Violated Rights of Citizens and Against Political Repression “Forbidden to Forbid” invites the embassy of … to cooperation.

The latest information on activities of the Interfactional Association and the analysis of observance of human rights in Ukraine can be found at the official “Forbidden to Forbid” platform at http://ftf.org.ua.

The representatives of our Association would also be delighted to hold a meeting with Your Excellency and Embassy representatives for in-depth discussion about further cooperation in the vital sphere of protection of constitutional rights of citizens and human rights protection.

  2. Documented expert opinion and monitoring results of certain aspects of constitutional rights violations in Ukraine in 2015.
  3. Documented expert opinion on the abuse of human rights standards by the Law of Ukraine on Government Cleansing.
  4. A copy of a letter to High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini from two fractions of Ukrainian Parliament.
