County Administrative Court of Zhytomyr is a case review leader in the district

County Administrative Court of Zhytomyr has the highest average monthly income of cases among the courts of its district.

“Law & Business” reports: “This is evidenced by analytical data for January – October 2019, on the work of the County Administrative Court of the district and the Seventh Appeal Administrative Court.”

According to the press service of the court 134 cases and materials were examined by one judge of the County Administrative Court of Zhytomyr in the indicated period, while in County Administrative Court of Khmelnitsky – 50, in Vinnitsa and Chernivtsi – 36 and 24, respectively. The County Administrative Court of Zhytomyr considered the largest number of cases among the courts of the Seventh Appeal Administrative District.

This number constitutes 7625, which is 1.5 times more than in the same period last year (5995). 67 cases and materials is the highest indicator of the average monthly number of cases and materials examined per judge in the County Administrative Court of Zhytomyr.

In addition, it should be noted that staffing level of judges in the County Administrative Court of Zhytomyr amounted 20 people, the actual number is 18, while during the reporting period were considered 16 judges.
