In the public reception of the Kharkiv Human Rights Group, one can get free legal advice on violations of your rights, as well as on legal ways to protect violated rights, both directly on the site and through the Internet.

“We have opened a new Internet-resource – legal online help from the lawyers of the KHRG public reception. One can get free legal advice on violations of rights, as well as legal ways of protection”. There is a section “Frequently Asked Questions”” writes Zakharov.

As indicated on the resource , the KHRG reception can provide the following types of legal assistance:

  • assistance in the preparation of documents, including claims;
  • information and consulting assistance;
  • preparation of claims and other documents to the European Court of Human Rights.

In some cases, a lawyer or an attorney may be provided to represent interests in the courts.
The reception can be accessed in writing or verbally in an accessible way.
