In 2015 Poland refused entry to over 22 thousand Ukrainians

In 2015, the Border Service of Poland refused entry to over 50 thousand of foreign citizens. Amongst those Ukrainians constitute the largest group – over 22 thousand people.

It says so in the communication of the Border Service of Poland.

In 2015, we have conducted 31,6 million checks of foreign citizens and refused entry to Poland for 51.146 foreign citizens. The largest number of refusals of entry to Poland has been issued for the citizens of Ukraine (over 22 thousand), Russia (over 18 thousand), Belarus (over 3000), Tajikistan (over 3000), and Georgia (over 2000) ”, the communication of the Border Service of Poland says.

The largest number of refusals of entry to Poland in 2015 was noticed on the border with Belarus (over 28 thousand), as well as Ukraine (22,5 thousand).
