Alla Panfilova, judge of the Kirov District Court of the city of Kirovograd, reported to the High Council of Justice about the threats of murder.

In the proceedings of Judge A. Panfilova there is a case on the lawsuit in the interests of young children on the recognition of persons who have lost the right to use the housing; the third party is the Offices for children’s affairs of the executive committee of the Kirovograd region acting for the minor child.
During the holiday of the judge, the employees of the court told her that the official email address of the court on July 10 received a letter, which contained threats of murdering the judge and reprisals against the court staff and visitors by arson in connection with this case.
Judge A. Panfilova sees threats to her life, her family, the danger to present employees and visitors to the court in this letter and requests that appropriate responses be taken (3598/0/6-18).
In accordance with Article 73 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Council of Justice”, the said message is included in the register of judges’ reports on interference with the activities of a judge in the administration of justice. The High Council of Justice will conduct a verification of the facts stated by the judge and a corresponding decision will be taken.
